• Establish good interpersonal relationships within the SST by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions;
• Proactively build effective working relationships with District Education Officers, PTC/SC Members, CCSI members and civil society organizations.

• Plan and actively facilitate establishment and capacity building of CCSIs using Community Development methodology steps:
• Act as Focal point for Stakeholders orientation on Complaint registration mechanism, safeguarding policy and Child labour.
• Resolution of conflicts/complaints aroused during the course of implementation.
• Ensure regular monitoring of education department officials and communities.
• Using Capacity Assessment and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) tools to identify related training gaps including Cross Cutting elements / capacity gaps of target Customers like CCSIs, PTC/SCs, School Support Teams, CBOs/NGOs and self-development
Field Visits and Supervision:
Conduct regular field visits to targeted areas in KP to ensure supportive supervision and quality service delivery.
Ensure implementation of project activities against the Detailed Implementation Plan through regular follow-up with the Program officer and close supervision of field activities.
Undertake field visits to other project sites as requested by the Line Manager.
Compliance Management and Data Validation:
Regularly update compliance management sheet and share analysis report of compliance to MEAL findings.
Validate and cross verify project data through documentation review, spot checks, databases, and monitool review to ensure quality data collection.
Monitor project progress on a regular basis and analyze data to ensure that targets are met and provide feedback as necessary.
Information Management and Reporting:
Assist and facilitate the development of electronic and paper-based monitoring systems and manage the project information database.
Ensure documentation and sharing of learning from project activities and provide timely and constructive feedback to the program team.
Generate monthly progress reports, track progress against key indicators, and keep the field team informed regularly.
Prepare timely and high-quality reports for internal and external (donors) purposes.
Capacity Building:
Plan and provide training to program teams to use data collection tools and techniques and undertake systematic monthly data analysis, interpretation, and feedback.
Support the Project officer in the production of monthly, quarterly, and final reports by ensuring that consolidated information, charts, and analysis are available and well-organized.
Accountability and Feedback Mechanism:
Assist in strengthening the feedback and complaints response mechanism of the organization through regular dissemination of information and sensitization of the field team.
Ensure that beneficiary feedback is adequately captured, analyzed, and utilized by the program team.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Work in close collaboration with the teams to ensure day-to-day appropriate data entry of all activities and adherence to SOPs and guidelines.
Support the need assessment when required by accompanying the data collection team in the field as well as in tools development for information collection & consolidation, analysis, etc.
