· Stock Audit Daily weekly and monthly basis
· Provide leadership of inventory team, and resolve inventory related issues.
· Insure 100% stock deliver for production teams and resolve issues of production teams.
· SFG/FG recording in SAP on Daily basis and internal websites as well as
· SFG/FG IMEIs updated in SAP on daily basis.
· Conducts daily audit warehouse/stores.
· Collect data daily work progress data and share reporting,
· Data enter of Pending/Scrap/ Aging Material in SAP,
· Coordinating dispatch from FG as par sells plan,
· Posting inventory return in Case Rework/Pending/ Damage,
· Coordinating stock availability against work orders

Responsible for overall processing & managing Warehouse Operations which included are as follows,
· Make Pre-IGP of all vehicles related to inbound and outbound FG & RM/PM.
· Pick list preparation according to the vehicle plane given by the transport.
· Ensure on time provision of priority wise inbound vehicle list to operational team for offloading.
· Ensure posting of Sale vehicles/DAs (GRN).
· Coach & mentor the team as and when required, Fully command on WMS ERP.
· Ensuring stock 100 % accuracy after execution of sale on daily basis.
· Ensure to maintain documentation and record keeping.
· Cooperation with inventory team for Stock reconciliation on daily basis.
· Ensure on time provision of priority wise inbound/Out bound vehicle list to client.
· Ensure Housekeeping, safety and Security at warehouse.
· Follow up the Daily shift reporting. Daily Machine review of machines.
