- Assist in developing sales strategies and setting unit-wise targets of all regions.

- Critically review and send unit-wise sales forecast for production on quarterly/monthly basis.
- Develop & carefully review forecast accuracy throughout the quarter/month and manage associated adjustments as required.
- Prepare & review sales and stock position (primary & secondary)
- Assist in developing and tracking of sales KPIs.
Coordination among other depts., Handle Complaints, Billing Questions and Payment Extension/Service Requests, Repair Decimated Trust, and Locate Resources For Problem Resolution and Design Best-Option Solutions.
