Department: Centraized Operations
Reporting of CO GB Entire Operations on daily. Weekly & Monthly Basis.
Coordination with the BM, OM & Account Opening Officers to assist Opening of Corporate Accounts via Email & Telephone to resolve the descripencies and escalate the issues and process the entity Accounts on urgent basis.
Generating and making reports of account opening data.
Internal control to check cut off of processing accounts and maintenances.
Guide branches through emails / calls about discrepancies and SOPs of General banking.
As a bridge of branches and centralized operations.
Data analysis of monthly, weekly and daily frequencies.
Six months of experience handling Centralized operations Dispatch of general banking, where PAN Pakistan account opening forms, dormancy removal forms and account maintenance forms are received, and delivered to the concern teams for processing along with keeping their records in excel noting and sending acknowledgement to the branches on same day through CSC acknowledgment portal.
And all other dispatch tasks like making returns of all discrepant forms to send back the branches and keeping records of LOT.
