概要

A smart working, reliable and enthusiastic Healthcare professional having more than 4 year Clinical pharmacy and around one year Community Health Pharmacy experience in well known organizations.

Joined field of Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, because I feel that it is the medicine that either produces beneficent or maleficent effects on One's health, but rational use, proper handling, storage and counseling can prevent the harmful effects of drugs and produces better outcome.

Having strives to learn managerial skills and took admission in MBA and MPH program, because availability of right medicine at right time right place and to right person is the basic motto of medical management. MBA Health Hospital Management has improved my analytical skills for improving the Health System.

For managing Health System effectively from both ends, top to bottom and bottom to top, I have taken admission in MPH and I feel that community involvement is essential for better outcome. I also feel that prevention is better than cure and sometime I feel that PREVENTION IS CURE.

MY diversity of knowledge about medicines, management and public health has flourish my research, analytical and strategic thinking and abilities. I am confident enough that I could bring positive change in Organizational Development, Community Development and Health System Quality and Performance Improvement.
