I worked with SAP-PK on the Jazba project, which was dedicated to promoting education, democracy, and women's political participation (WPP). In this role, I actively contributed to the project's objectives and collaborated with the team to drive positive change in these areas.

On Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Project.
Identify targeted women by mobilizing communities on the benefits of CNICs in collaboration with local leaders, and key informers and facilitate identified women in CNIC registration
Prepare a list of women who are eligible or likely to be eligible over about one year attaining the age of CNIC registration
Coordinate with NADRA to arrange Mobile Registration Vans(MRVs) as and when needed
Prepare case studies and success stories quarterly
Keep Electronic and Paper records with an online sharing facility
Regular field monitoring visits for the identification of Women and analyze the working of MRVs.
Acquire basic training in community mobilization, data collection, and assessing potential women eligible for acquiring CNIC currently or within one year.

As an Area Coordinator with the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) on the National Socio-Economic Survey Registration project, I played a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the collection of vital socio-economic data. My responsibilities included coordinating survey teams, ensuring accurate data collection.

During my time volunteering with MDM, I had the invaluable opportunity to contribute to their sexual and reproductive health program. My primary responsibilities involved conducting male awareness sessions, where I educated men on various aspects of sexual health, the importance of gender equality, and the benefits of family planning. Furthermore, I played a crucial role in organizing family planning health camps. These camps were instrumental in providing communities with essential information and services related to mother and child health, thereby promoting healthier family practices and empowering individuals with knowledge to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

he Consolidating Democracy in Pakistan (CDIP) Programme, locally called Tabeer, was funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s Conflict, Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) and jointly implemented by DAI and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)-Strengthening Electoral and Legislative Processes (SELP). DAI managed the programme in a consortium with the British Council and the Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (PILDAT). It worked closely with the Election Commission of Pakistan, national and provincial assemblies, political parties, the media and civil society organisations.

The intended outcome of the programme was to contribute to the democratic system in which government institutions are more capable, parliament is more accountable, and the state is more responsive to citizens’ needs and aspirations.

CDIP worked in four thematic areas, with a cross-cutting focus on increasing the engagement and participation of women and other socially excluded groups: election management and election oversight; improving the transparency of parliamentary processes; improving the services and delivery of political parties; and improved policy dialogue, political debate, and public discourse.
