1) Achieving the monthly Volume targets locked at the start of the year.
2) Productivity of daily planned shops to be visited.
3) FIFO has to be maintained both at the warehouse and in market.
4) Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR.
5) Focuses on competitor’s price structure.
6) See competitor’s product promotion activities.
7) Focuses product expiry and damage then prepare claim.
8) Keep update to regional office on daily basis about the secondary sales.
9) Monitoring distributor's monthly Investment & ROI.
