Handling over all payroll of the Indus Home Group of Companies Textil(Pvt)Manpower Planning, collection of data, recruitment, short listing ofresumes, arrangement of interviews, selection of candidates and offerletters.Joining formalities - induction & training, orientations, open anemployee file, interviewers remarks and all related documents.Responsible for retention & motivation of employees, grievancehandling, stay interviews and exit interviews.Monitors the execution of well-planned induction programs to enablethe new employees reach productivity levels faster.Identifies critical employee training needs across the Company, designsthe annual training plans, supervises its execution and monitors theeffectiveness of training.Co-ordination and effective communication between employer andemployeeFormulation of HR and IR strategy aligned to business policies, ensuringthat the organization structure is aligned and suitably staffed for thegrowth of Companies.Monitor & track productivity levels across the organizations, setsstandards through benchmarking/best practices, Initiates andparticipates in the selection process to select the most suitable source.Formulates policies related to people management, attraction,deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the organization.Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per setschedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees properdocumentation and timely decision making of related decisions.Developing and implementing companys policies and proceduresmanual (employees handbook & SOPs).Liaison with Govt. Departments TEVTA for implementation of YouthApprenticeship Program.EOBI for ensuring solutions employees related issues like Pension claimcases, Grant, registration of new employees as per law and companypolicies.PESSI for employees health and safety to avail medical services fro.
