Mr. Imran is a seasoned Monitoring Evaluation professional with M.A in Sociology having more than 11 years of extensive experience with national and international organizations. He possesses technical skills of research and evaluations including Baselines, End lines, Pre Post KAPs, concept notes and proposal writing and case studies. With excellent report writing and language skills, he has written numerous project reports, blogs and project success stories. As an ME professional, he possesses strong skills in areas ranging from designing logical frameworks, ME plans, budgeting, data analysis, project performance measuring techniques, revising and adjusting the project indicators.
He has strong capabilities and experience of working in health, education, emergency relief, Food Security and Livelihoods, economic development, advocacy campaigns, coordination and WASH initiatives. He is currently working with Malteser International program in Pakistan leading ME activities of two projects being implemented in Sindh.
He has a deep commitment to aid, development, minority and human rights issues and has a proven record of initiating, planning and implementing a variety of effective projects. His professional experience spans from being an assistant to ME manager, association with NGOs/INGOs, working in the projects funded by the reputable donors such as USAID, UNICEF, WFP, UNHCR, DFID, ECHO, Care International, BMZ, GIZ, and DAI-EDACE.
He has strong coordination, representation, training capacity building and planning and management skills attuned with abilities of leadership, he has managed the ME for large scale projects and technically supervised Implementing partners, along with providing support to department heads. He understands the differences and is witty to resolve conflicts.
