I am working as a Senior Accountant in Hashir Associates Fsd. (PVT.) Limited which is an accountancy firm. This firm is a foreign branch of Zain Associates Ltd based in United Kingdom.  I am in consultancy role and works on different roles to meet the deadlines related to  VAT/Sales tax returns, income tax returns, companies accounts, payroll and construction industry scheme returns based on United Kingdom tax laws and regulations. I have given a team of three peoples which are trainees (MTO) to get the best results out of them. Following are my duties and responsibilities1- Liase with the directors of small scale companies to solve their problems regarding bookkeeping.2- Summarise and reconciliation of the bank statements 3- Prepare company accounts and company tax returns of our clients (Small Scale Companies) using different softwares and submit them to the Companies House & HMRC.4- Prepare payrolls for the employees on monthly basis of small scale companies and submit to HMRC.5- Prepare and submit VAT/Sales returns on quarterly basis.6- Prepare and submit Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns of companies which have businesses related to construction.7- Preparation and filing of tax returns of employed, Self-employed, subcontractors, and companies.
