Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured interviews and surveys with households and community stakeholders to collect data on flood preparedness, experiences, and needs. Document and analyze findings from field research to identify patterns, trends, and key insights. Collaborate with the research team to develop survey instruments, protocols, and data collection strategies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected, adhering to ethical research standards and confidentiality guidelines. Participate in community engagement activities related to flood preparedness and response initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on relevant literature, policies, and practices in disaster management and emergency response.

Reporting and Documentation: Document activities, outcomes, and challenges encountered during community mobilization and medical camps. Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to the project supervisor. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data and information collected during assessments.

Document monitoring findings using standardized reporting templates and submit timely reports. Liaise with distribution partners and stakeholders to coordinate monitoring activities effectively.
