Circulate the daily and monthly Summary of in-process ispection.
Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
Monitored the production line, watching for problems.
Troubleshooting of Quality Issues during process of Printing, slitting and Lamination.

 Prepare and Test Prototype Formulations. Maintain and organize data from testing and observations.
Assist both the quality control and product development labs as needed.
Use various equipment to test viscosity, resistance properties print fidelity and many other characteristics of raw material and FG.
Calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on lab equipment.

Handling of Laboratory  Instruments.

Prepare the process for the succeeding press run by performing line clearance procedures.
Performed and documented all the necessary testing of both raw material and finished products using established company test method.
Performed all necessary preventative maintenance as required.
