Managing Director
A registered consultancy firm which seeks to provide a comprehensive suite of research, assessment, program design, monitoring and evaluation services to government, corporate sector, international donors, INGOs, NGOs, universities, think-tanks, among others.
Manager Research and Programme Development
• Formulate project design with focus on theory of change
• Managing research (quantitative & qualitative) and developing knowledge products on key governance thematic areas.
• Undertake project assessments and evaluations for various donor funded projects.
• Develop programme designs for various donor funded projects with emphasis on concept development, theory of change, activities mapping, geographic & demographic analysis.
• Supporting the Information, Monitoring, and Evaluation (IME) functions and development of M&E SOPs, systems and processes.
• Co-lead and manage an 11-member business development team in resource mobilization, proposals writing, outreach communications and donor coordination.
