● Provide overall technical assistance to team members

● Supervise excavation, Foundation, Plinth Beams, Formwork, and Steel Work.
● Preparing shop drawings and As-built drawings. Handle all minor and major issues related to execution works.
● Give directions to Foremen for their duties and timely completion of works. Ensure quality works by subcontractor.
● Monitoring and coordination with sub-contractor for various activities.
● Manage all resources required at site like manpower, tools and machinery to execute job in a proper and standard ways.
