Prepare a daily activity report of raw and finished goods.
Prepare a weekly activity report of vehicles used for shifting raw/finished goods.
Conduct monthly physical inventory count and reconcile with the data storage.

Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Develop job descriptions, post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen CVs from database, social websites and employee referrals.
Responsible for all pre-employment activities like telephonic interviews, assessment of candidates, background check, reference check etc.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on candidates, job openings, and hiring activities.
Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages as needed.
Conduct Employee Orientation and facilitating newcomers joining facilities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Update recruitment and selection chart on daily basis.
Supervise all operations of recruitment and selection.
Responsible for all types of letter issuance (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Experience letter etc.)
Prepare weekly CV bank report.
Prepare monthly activity report.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Managing administrative tasks like answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
Assisting with the hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers.
Develop and run educational programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Managing school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, graduation ceremonies.
Manage school budgets, including purchasing supplies, equipment, and resources.
Communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur.
