The mandate of BCM / DRP is to ensure an effective enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) governance framework that is consistent with regulatory requirements. Design, Implement and Execute the DR drills.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Enterprise-wide business continuity management program including: development of tools and instructional guides for both business.
* Continuity planning and event management, development and facilitation of enterprise-wide event exercises, relationship management with external vendors, development of corporate policy, standards, and guidelines.
* Ensures appropriate integration of requirements and information obtained from various sources; including regulators and Auditors for IT Group jurisdictions.
* Ensuring all technical components of the Business Continuity Plans are successfully tested according to schedule.
* Assisting all IT Group Units in preparation of BIA/ BUBCP / DRP
* Liaise with Business units / support Functions, IT and Audit for determining their business continuity requirements.
* Ensuring all IT Units to perform their BCP simulation exercises as per their schedule.
* Ensuring BUBCP / BIA for all IT Units to be updated annually and vetted by compliance

Responsibilities
24/7 Network Support / Coordination with the Braches, WAN / LAN troubleshooting.
Development of new circuit, fault detection and rectification of online branches.
Get feasibilities from vendors for new installation.
Time by Time coordination with ATM Support team in order to get Max. ATM Uptime by resolving all infra related issues.
Manage vendor related issues/billing via cross check. Coordinate with IT. Finance.
Data compilation / office record maintenance. Liaison with vendors for timelines, reviews and timely completion.
Interaction with the business and develop a cordial and healthy relations for effective day to day tasks and UPS operations.
