Accountability:
Reporting to General Manager Operations. Responsible for managing the day to day planning & engineering initiatives for ongoing projects. Majority of the projects will be focused on site operations and the utilization of resources to get maximum productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible to execute the operation project with ops team, procurement, Admin & construction consultant.
• Ensure accurate and timely report discussion throughout project with senior management
• Establish working relation with other functional teams for project execution.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of project.
• Attend weekly progress meeting ( Operations & Project Progress)
• Monitor work in progress and prepare the report for each assignment.
• Conduct side visits, surveys, inspections to prepare side report.
• Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare Preventive maintenance plan & Schedule to execute timely maintenance (HVAC Equipment’s).
• Overseeing health and safety.
• Overseeing and managing the site labour force and sub-contractors
• Resolving any technical queries and other problems.
• Liaising with clients and representatives.
• Liaising with sub-contractors

Projects:
1) Installation of AC’s Type VRV or DX in COAS guards camp saimisma Qatar.
2) Installation of DX system in naval base Om Saeed Qatar.
3) Renovation of Pantry at Sheraton Qatar. (On going).
4) Installation of Bio medical trunking in Alkhor Health center.

Scope: VIP Lounges, Hotels Rooms & QDF shops (Low voltages Panels, Supplies, Emergency, Dimming Lighting Panels.)

Projects and Responsibilities: (Re - lamping of hotels shops and lounges & stock inventory analysis)

 Planning and scheduling of planned and unplanned work.
 Diagnosing breakdown problems.
 liaising with client departments and customers.
 arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
 controlling stores and spares
 monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
 dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
 Organizing routine servicing schedules.
 Analysis on Spare & Inventory and set Minimum Order Quantity from available data.

 Ensure the smooth operation of Plant & Utilities, and Trouble shooting.
 Ensure Preventive Maintenance to minimized downtimes.
 Ensure monthly settlement of Maintenance Expenses.
 Operation & Maintenance of SNG Plant (Alternate Source of Natural Gas).
 Maintaining Air Compressor Atlas Copco Ingersoll Rand.
 2 x 1275 KVA Generators. (Analysis of Monthly consumption report and maintained monthly requirement)
 Coil Type Chillers and split air conditioners.
 Pumps, Air motors, Mixers, Tumble dryers, Extractors, Steam Generator, Cargo lifts.
 HT panels, LV panels, (1500, 2000) KVA Transformers and General Lightings.
 A multi skill SAP professional with functional expertise. Extensive practical knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
 Developing & presenting a Maintenance plan that includes Preventive and Corrective procedures through SAP, Planning & Execution of frequency base schedule maintenance through SAP.
 Manages the plant’s operations, maintenance projects, and department including Spare parts, inventory, and departmental budget.
 Sustain & Improves reliability of plants maintenance & system documentation.
 Introduced and developed an approach to maintenance incorporating principles of TPM and Kaizen, and then created plans, programs, for personnel & equipment improvement.
 Coordinate with commercial’s for spares of local and imported purchase.
 Managing area wise resources & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences.
 Implements a diverse solutions to increase equipment availability to reduce operation losses.
 Provide support to Finance department for costing purpose including SKF estimation of Utility bills to analyze the consumption. Capital expenditures report of major & minor projects, monthly cost analysis according to annual approved budget.
