Started a private dental practice in the center of the metropolitan Lahore, in an effort to provide explicit dental services to the community:
 Providing services ranging from general dentistry to aesthetic work, orthodontics, Implantology and conservative dentistry.
 Maintaining hygienic protocols and maximum usage of disposable instruments and materials.
 Treating patients suffering from various kinds of oral diseases.
 Managing the well-being of the dental clinic, environment and the staff working.
 Providing free treatment for poor patients and charging minimal fees from affording patients.
 Supervising a monthly reports made by the staff of inventory and the patient outdoor, and formulating a record or treatment done and also how much the patients had been satisfied depending upon the references patients bring upon.

NGO is running an Orphanage and also been working on Water Cleaning Projects. Projects’ details can be provided on demand. I have been providing dental treatment to children and educating them for primary and preventive healthcare. Some job duties include:

 Conducting regular screening of children for oral diseases and general physiological status.
 Being a key person in conducting various events and assessment of running projects of the organization.
• Construction of Water Filtration plant for the population of Lodharan City, District Bahawalpur. This project was completed in 2014 and is supplying clean and drinking water to hundreds of homes.
• Water digging and building of Hand Pumps in the Cholistan Desert. The project was completed in 2015 and is a source of water for the scarce population lacking water for basic requirements of life.
 Providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organization or center
 Developing, implementing and monitoring procedures, policies and standards for medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff
 Coordinating and administering health and welfare programs and clinical services
 Monitoring and evaluating resources devoted to health, welfare, recreation, housing, employment, training and other community facilities and centers
 Our organization has been running a Shelter Home since 2007. Mr. Shariq has been organizing various events, along with managing the inductions of teaching staff for children. His efforts and voluntary work is highly appreciated and has become a likable personality for our children too.
 He gives treatment to our children for oral and other diseases. He also educates them for their dental and general health.
 He manages free dental camps with the help of our orphanage children in the far and low privileged areas of the city too.

Appointed as a Demonstrator in the Department of Community Medicine at the private medical College in the chartered university. The faculty of MBBS and Physiotherapy students are being taught by me:
 The main feature of job description is to give lectures on Community Medicine under the syllabus to the students of Physiotherapy and MBBS
 Checking patients suffering from various different kinds of oral diseases in the under construction Dental Hospital.
 I am a part of program as a volunteer dentist and GP; that arranges a team of volunteers or & arranges free medical camps at different location on and off-campus.
 Conducting and teaching students with performance of practical’s in the syllabus.
 Making, conducting and assessing students in different form of test systems including written exams, oral viva voce and practical examinations; and making a report of each activity.
 Helping staff and colleagues in managing various office work and departmental duties.
