I am a result-oriented development professional with extensive experience in the field of Data Information, Management, and Training. I bring with me over 7 years of senior management experience in development, especially in the health and education sector. Since 2017 I have been leading Data Information Management Unit managing over 2.63 million children data from more than 18700 staff members across and leading the COVID-19 data unit for the province for the PEOC.
A:
· Development of daily coverage compilation formats for the Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) program.
· Compile, analyze, generate and share pre, Intra and post-campaign reports for the Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) program management team.
· Enhancement of Data team skills through different Data management & analytical trainings.
· Preparation of presentations & reports for the National, Provincial and Divisional Taskforce meetings.
· Presentations for Technical Advisory Group (TAG), Independent Monitoring Body (IMB), National Polio Management Team (NPMT) & Polio Oversight Body (POB).
· Reduced Data discrepancy to the minimum level through the development of different data validation formats, conducted Data Quality Assessment and their implementation.
B:
· During the same period, I have been assigned additional Staff Officer Duties to PEOC Coordinator for the management of different Data related, correspondence with Govt officials on PEI Program.
· Supporting Geographical Coverage Support System for the mapping & tracking of Polio front-line workers in the field and identification of missed areas during Polio campaigns as Provincial Focal person.
· Led the Data information Unit in COVID-19 & Flood effective emergency in District Quetta & Pishin.
· Support to field staff on the Data recording, cleaning, management and reporting to Integrated Disease Information Management System (IDIMS).
· Support DSC on the data base management of Missed Children Tracking Data Base (MCTDB).
· Field visits to collect data for data accuracy and audit.
· Teams training on data recording, reporting and management.
· District level presentations of the PEI program for Govt. officials.
· Focused Group Discussions were conducted with Education Department officials.
· Data analytics report on IBM SPSS statistical software.
· In-depth interviews were conducted with School teaching staff.
