Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedules and issuing shipping instructions to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated. This will also include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all times. Have been involved in various types of assignments relating to Product Costs Associated, Review assignments and other related assignments in different multinational and local companies.
Ø  Plan and implement all import transportation strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance to all government regulations.
Ø  Coordinate with suppliers and inventory planners and ensure accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival of goods within required timeframe and obtain best freight rates at all times.
Ø  Provide all insurance on shipments and design and execute all corrective action plans for processes.
Ø  Investigating the specialized and technical needs in the management and administration of commodities and products that are sent for delivery from the organization.
Ø  Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization\'s sales activities.
Ø  Supervises all activities of that facility, which often involves overseeing team performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage.
Ø  Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Ø  Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Ø  Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Ø  Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

Responsible for the following aspects of the supply chain: sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain cost base.

Ø  Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.

Ø  Data analysis regarding, Stores & Procurement, Staff monitoring & evaluation.
Ø  Monitoring and Maintaining inventory & stock levels.
Ø  Preparing import orders to update stock levels.
Ø  Coordinating & supervising the staff at headquarter & all site offices.
Ø  Check & audit the financial activities at all site offices as well as HQ.
Ø  Strict check on the proper usage of stores & Spares
Ø  Getting reports from all site offices and making Policies to minimize consumption cost. Handling all outside purchasing / repairing
Ø  Provision of pending items list to main procurement department.
Ø  Regular provision of required material to all sites.
Ø  Coordinating the key policy matters with main procurement department.
Ø  Dealing with local venders to finalize quality of materials.
