Major Responsilibilities:

Conducting a technical assessment for the development of cost estimation and drawing.
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget, design, and timeframe.
Assessing the sustainability and environmental impacts of projects.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries to the site if required.
Supporting in assessment tasks and make recommendations in relation to the Project.
Providing clear technical solutions for Flood protection walls and Water Reservoir schemes related to civil work.
Where requested, contributing technical inputs to support projects like infrastructure, flood Protection band, Gabain protection wall, and water Resilver Structure.
Supporting in designing affordable and preferred community base structures and support for preparing bidding documents.
Cooperating and coordinate closely with Line Manager and communities for field-level planning activities.
Advising and providing technical support to communities wherever needed and support in their technical training where requested.
Designing and deliver Operation and Maintenance training in Schools and Communities as per the requirement of the project.
Working in a team with Social Mobilizers and provide them with technical expertise at the field level, especially for the Construction of flood Protection band, Gabain protection wall, and water Resilver Structure.
Supporting concerned line managers for the coordination and communication with contractors executing Project activities, to ensure proper and timely implementation and meet set quality standards.
Providing monthly progress updates to the line manager on all ongoing project/program activities.
Any other task assigned by the line Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

Providing technical information and interpretation of plans, preparation of detail estimation sheets and specifications for the successful implementation of the projects.
Working with PE for developing monitoring frame work and timeline for the project activities
Providing complete support during supervision of construction and carry out quality control inspection and monitor progress
Developing standard drawings, bills of quantities and detail materials list for projects
Providing basic technical training to the local communities for the sustainability of ongoing projects.
Developing and proposing new projects where possible.
Providing daily/weekly reporting regarding projects.
Completing knowledge of surveying techniques and procedures is necessary
Preparing detailed cost estimates, planning, implementation and technical feasibility for projects
Knowing all time progress of the ongoing projects with respect to planning and should be able to give details of why project ahead/behind schedule at all times
Working in coordination with SMU for developing community action plan
Working with community in training mason and other operation committee on technical aspect of the project.

Managing financial budgets of the scheme
Inspecting and took an assessment of the site and prepared feasibility reports.
Completing all project documentation, PC-1, and proposal making.
Ensuring that the project gets implemented as per specification in the stipulated time with quality.
Handling high-pressure environments with ease and open mind and also a good team player.
Monitoring and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards
Handling various critical & challenging projects from the design stage to the implementation stage.
Analyzing and studied the projects before endorsing the final shape. Monitored the work progress at the fields.
Ensuring Implementation of the plan as per provided Responsible for all works of technical section Updating CPIs tracking sheet for schemes status, financial and beneficiary details
Submission of monthly & weekly progress reporting to the district coordinator
Resolving technical issues if any Communication with higher management
Participating in all level meetings of organization & Coordination with visiting teams.

Major Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties.
Recording the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
Searching legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
Coordinating findings with the engineers, clients, and others concerned with the projects.
Adjusting surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
Establishing fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
Determining longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas,
Developing criteria for survey methods and procedures.
Determining specifications for photographic equipment to be used for aerial photography.
