Taking care of start-up and shut down activities.. Carry out process parameters calculations for optimum Production outputs..Monitoring of processes to achieve required quality parameters of production..Ensure stable conditions of Polymer Spinning and heat treatments..Support to Production and Maintenance teams with respect to optimum, efficient and safe plant operation..Assisted process shift in charges in technical monitoring and troubleshooting.. Undertake any other process related work as assigned from time to time..Hands-on experience in all aspects of Heat Transfer & Polyester Extrusion,polyester fiber drawing, heat setting, crimping, drying, cutting and baling..Hands-on experience of Polyester Spinning and drying techniques..Excellent team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers and with other departments.
