I worked with leading organizations such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the World Food Programme (WFP), and other international and local NGOs. My work spans across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other regions in Pakistan, where I have led impactful projects focused on women’s empowerment, community development, and sustainable livelihood interventions.

  • Gender Inclusion & Livelihood Development: At UNDP, I worked as a Livelihood and Gender Inclusion Specialist, leading efforts to integrate gender-sensitive strategies into project activities. I enhanced women’s participation in economic opportunities, ensuring gender mainstreaming across project initiatives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  • Program Management: As a Program Assistant at WFP, I provided technical support for cash-based transfer programs and livelihood projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, timely reporting, and data accuracy. I played a key role in coordinating with provincial teams and government bodies to achieve program goals.

  • Community Engagement: In my roles at Sarhad Rural Support Programme and Secure Islamique France, I led gender-specific training sessions, developed livelihood strategies, and facilitated community meetings to foster women's inclusion and enhance income-generating opportunities. I also supported community-based organizations in developing long-term, sustainable plans.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL): I have extensive experience in conducting data quality assessments, tracking project progress, and preparing reports. As a MEAL Officer, I ensured data integrity and evaluated project outcomes in alignment with key performance indicators.


Throughout my career, I have collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including government departments, local communities, and international organizations, to deliver successful programs that uplift marginalized communities and promote gender equality.
