I have over 20 year experience of supervising and managing variety of projects under tough timelines. I have been working in the managerial capacity in infrastructure domain for last 15 years and my current assignment is working as a Project Manager of construction of Infrastructures, roads, Buildings of Namal Knowledge City, Mianwali. 
I have practical experience of working on all 05 phases of project life cycle i.e. initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing. I have experience in managing the tendering process, project award, quantity surveying, and management of multiple contractors, monitoring and evaluation of contractors’ work, leading a multi-disciplinary teams under difficult time line.
I have successfully delivered Telecom Projects, Schools and Basic Health Units of Earthquake effected areas, Multi Story School Buildings, Airport Terminal Building of Sialkot International Airport and Humanitarian Response Facilities of Hyderabad and Sukkur.

I was also involved in coordination with Provisional Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) end user of the facility, evaluation of variation orders, verification of interim payment certificates, design changes and value engineering. (Overall Cost 2 Million USD for HRF Hyderabad and 3.5 Million USD for HRF Sukkur).
• While working in procurement department in UNWFP Pakistan, I handled complete procurement procedure for the award of consultancy and construction contracts of HRF Sukkur, Seismic assessment Project of WFP offices in Pakistan, and other miscellaneous construction and renovation projects. I participated in the preparation of Tender Documents using RED Book, Green Book and White Book. Floating of ITB, RFQ and RFP Tenders, managing Pre-bid meetings, Pre Bid Site visit, replying queries of the bidders, Technical and Financial Evaluation of Bids, presenting the case to Local PCC and HQPCC, preparation of contract documents and award of the project.
