Threat modeling and vulnerability assessment are new methodologies that are being adopted in the development of applications and information systems in order to protect the information in better way. In this paper we will talk about why Walmart needs these methodologies despite of its security programs and how the company can benefit from it. This paper will discuss steps and methodologies involved in implementation of these security programs, and how Walmart will get benefit from these methodologies.
Aptitude Treatment Interaction; A Critical Analysis
ATI has been a subject of interest for many years and an extensive research has been done in this domain. The primary purpose of ATI is to predict the results of instructional applications of the teachers in the classroom. Mary Lou Karan and John J. Karan JR. have presented the idea of Aptitude-Treatment Interaction and its different ages of development. They explained the idea of ATI in the field of science and it can be implemented in order to improve the ability of the students. This article has shown the basic two types of scientific psychology that are empirical research and the other one is behavioral science. The problem in this article was presented with different illustrative diagrams and experimental studies showing the importance of Aptitude treatment interactions in science education. The important ATI variables like General ability, Prior Learning Experience, Anxiety, and Achievement Motivation are also discussed in detail to understand the core idea. By considering the results of these ATI variables and their applications, different treatments can be developed for different kinds of students having different aptitude. Moreover those variables were also explained with appropriate examples like the one with reference to Darwin theory. The other important thing about ATI is the research methods that are also described in this article to give detail idea about this domain. On the other hand, there some areas in this article that the authors failed to cover.
Analysis of Service Oriented Architecture in Smart Grid
Service oriented paradigm is relatively new technique of providing the services. It is service based architecture that has objective to provide efficient heterogeneous services to the end users. It is capable of integrating the legacy and new applications and services those may be accessed over internet in the form of web services. These are used to design and develop the large scale dynamic systems (Pagani et al., 2007). In smart grid, services and resources are distributed over network and are very dynamic in nature. These services and resources appear on the network, utilized, shifted and vanished after some time, the reliability and availability of these services is very important (Gadgil et al., 2007). The integrity, reliability and availability of these services could be assured by using the service oriented architecture (SOA) in the smart grid. Because, the SOA is especially designed for connecting the advance enterprises and providing the links between data sources, business process, platforms and applications. The SOA is good candidate for integrating the heterogeneous services provided by smart grid to its users.

Walmart was founded in 1962 by Sam Walton, and now it has more than 11,137 stores employing 2.2 million people. The organization has chain of stores in 27 countries of the world that may be operating under the different name. Walmart is on the top of the Fortune list of 2013 with $469.2 Billion revenue and $16,999 mm profits (Money, 2013). The corporate has been operating in different regions of the world and understands its responsibility towards the society and environment and has been working in order to fulfill its responsibilities and providing better life facilities in affordable prices to the human beings. The corporate claims to be having a successful year with around the globe with tremendous achievements. Walmart is running 21% on renewable energy and has become largest onsite green power generate in the whole USA. It has also been a great source of providing opportunity for the 1 million women around the world by providing them employment and training. The organization is also donating a huge amount of money nearly $1 Billion to different communities that are working for the betterment of the human beings. On the other hand, it has also being the first one to donate $1 Billion meals in 2005. The organization also claims that it has save $2.3 billion of the customer money in fresh fruits and vegetable.
If an employee is not comfortable in the work environment then he will never be able to perform well to the assigned tasks. There are number of factors that cause trouble for the new employees to work in a new environment and become the part of it. However, the same case applies to every employee who joins a new office. This can be overcome with the passage of time. However, there are other factors as well that will act as a hurdle to the employees. Those hurdles are quite hard to adjust as they are from the seniors and the other employees working under the same roof. There are times when the managers have some personal grudge with the employees and the put the employees in pressure so that they cannot perform well and complete the assigned task in the given time. The same case was with me. I joined the office, the things were going pretty well. I was in a leadership position and my performance was up to the mark in the office. My seniors were impressed with my performance and passion for the work. However, the good times does not last forever, the same happened with me. There was some changes in the management of the office, and my manager quit the job and a new manager was appointed in the office.
Every organization has a culture that is mostly different from the cultures of other organizations. The organizational culture may be different in every organization depending upon the nature of the businesses or type of processing being done (Grimsley, 2014). However the organizational culture is directly related to the performance of the employees in different aspects. It is right to say that if the employees of the organization abide by the organizational culture, then they will be performing very well in order to achieve the organizational objectives. Human resources are the main force of every organization that work in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. There are different cultures in different organizations, some cultures are weak and some are strong that depends on how the employees of the organization take the culture. There is a relation between the impacts of the organizational culture on the achievement of organizational goal. This relation was revealed by Denison who collected the data from more than 34 firms based in America and found out that organization with the strong culture were able to achieve the organizational objectives more efficiently as compared to those organizations who had weak organizational culture. A strong culture in the organization is considered to be driving force for its employees that enforces a sense of confidence in the employees and they can perform well and take appropriate decisions.

An infomercial is considered to be type of a television commercial or program however it is quite long covering the complete description about the product, with its usage moreover the viewers of infomercials are also given different offers at that time. The viewers are much attracted with complete description of the product being broadcasted on national TV or cable, and it also attracts the retailers in the market as well. The retailers are of the view that the infomercials will surely attract the customers and they will look for the same product in the market. Infomercial is usually of 28:30 minutes in length and is divided into four different segments that are features of the product, benefits of using the product, moreover the testimonials of the products with the interviews of the customers who have been benefited with the usage of the product. Sometimes it is also considered to be a type of direct marketing being broadcasting over the TV channels. Despite the nature of the infomercials, they are doing great business in different regions of the world. Infomercials have been quite successful in USA and New Zealand, and now in Asia it is also generating millions of dollars of revenue per year. It has attracted number of customers to try the products and the infomercials have been successful even they have been broadcast-ed when there are less number of viewers.

Considering the lifestyle of the people and how their culture is found in them, the organizations take a deep consideration about the culture before the start of any business or before launching a product.
The process control block in operating system can be considered to a data structure that is used to store information that is directly related to the process in the kernel. It is very important to know about the process control block as it is mostly accessed by the utilities of the operating system. There are basically three common parts of process control block that are process identification data, process state data and process control data. Digging deep in to the structure of process control block, in general it can be further divided into more different parts that are Process State, Process ID, CPU registers, Accounting information, CPU scheduling, I/O status information, memory management information and CPU scheduling information.

Both these attacks are meant to cause a disruption in the information systems either by disabling communication or power. It occurs by illegal actions taken by hackers to get into systems of enemies and gather the stored information or to leak it causing a security breach in the systems. Cyber warfare does not harm any live in the enemy country but it can be said a form of cold war between countries or between the world and some world known organization seeming to be threat to international peace.

In order to keep the operations security properly operational to protect the system is by focusing on the changes in systems and organization. It is because that only change is constant. Configuration management and change management should be at priority in operations security because both have the important role. The company should focus on implementing a policy that could ensure that the changes in system or policies are according to the standards. These standards should highlight that how the changes will take place, who are authorized to make changes and how the changes should be documented and communicated with other employees. The security practice implemented on a day in system does not ensure that the same security policy and practice will be enough to the coming week as well. There is possibility that a new virus attacks the system and the anti-virus is not updated then it might attack and compromise the confidentiality and integrity of information.

It is carried out to find out the attacker, and bring him into court with presentable digital evidences. Cyber forensics is carried out while staying within limits of legal laws.
