Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
● Design of drip and sprinkler irrigation system.
● Layout and as built drawing of drip & sprinkler irrigation system
● Preparation of BoQ of drip & sprinkler irrigation system
● Preparation of ICR-I documents including material inspection report, Material verification letter, and ICR-I form.
● Preparation of ICR-II documents including commissioning offer letter, work completion report, commissioning
performa and ICR-II form
● Preparation of Irrigation & Fertigation schedules
● Documentation of PIPIP and GRAM project
● Database for the documents of all the three regions of Punjab i-e South Punjab, Central Punjab and North Punjab
● Preparation of working drawing and marking layout.
● Preparation of weekly and monthly plans
● Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

The QC/QA Engineers responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the overall quality assurance/quality control program for the PTI program;
• Assist the QAQC Coordinator, Technical Unit and the Program Engineer in developing a QA/QC program that will improve the surveillance of the overall quality of materials and construction methods supplied to grants within the program;
• Conduct regular field visit for monitoring of the Infrastructure Projects;
• Ensure that all civil works quality control and environmental plans, strictly comply with program policy and implementation standards;
• Identify problems, pose plausible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project;
• Assisting the field technical staff in assessment, planning and implementation of Infrastructure projects;
• Conducting field workshops with PTI staff and contractors to improve the overall management of quality control of materials supplied to projects;
• Assist and facilitate trainings and meetings for the capacity building of Technical Staff national/international quality norms/rule/regulations;
• Assist the field technical team in drawings, designing and estimation of infrastructure projects.
• Assisting the QAQC Coordinator, Program Engineer in reviewing BOQs/Budgets, Design and estimates for Infrastructure Projects;
• Assist QAQC Coordinator, Program Engineer in providing technical support to the field offices on regular basis;
• Assist the logistics department in reviewing the bidding documents;
• Liaise with other sections of the Program for improved coordination related to the Program Technical Unit;
• Liaise with field offices to obtain information on program related Technical matters and follow-up with recommendations;
• Inspection quality of materials supplied and used for the construction activities including, earthworks, concrete works, steel and pavement works, monitoring all production of materials and raises n

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assessment, design, quantities estimation, billing of Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channel, Drinking water supply schemes (hand pumps, tube wells, dug wells), sanitation and other community projects.
• Manage technical and engineering components related to the programs implemented in the district within including the management of contractors.
• Assist Area Engineer in designing architectural and structural drawings as well as create bills of quantity, material specifications lists, and other technical documentation relating to infrastructure programming within Peshawar.
• Facilitate activities that assist government authorities to liaise with community leaders, individuals and groups to identify and prioritize community needs.
• Work with government and local authorities, leaders, individuals and groups to identify and implement selected community development projects.
• Identify appropriate mechanisms or vehicles to adapt structures and to tender bids from contractors or local labor.
• Assist Area Engineer to negotiate contracts or agreements with contractors, and assist in administration of grants.
• Supervise projects in coordination with government or local technical personnel and in collaboration with the program technicians and provide regular reporting regarding the status of projects.
• Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

• Survey of irrigation channel in district charsada and Nowshera
• Maps of irrigation channels by using GPS
• Estimates of irrigation channels for rehabilitation and Development
• Daily and weekly progress reports to Project Coordinator
• Insurance of construction material by quality and quantity
• Layout for the site supervisor and skilled labor
• Leveling of irrigation channels by using Dumpy level
• Designing of the Cross Drainage point for Disasters Risk Reduction.
• Maintaining the warehouse and stock register records
• Writing of the success story

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of BOQs for different WASH (water, sanitation & Hygiene) & Shelter (confined masonry and frame structures) related activities.
• Supervising and monitoring all the activities starting from layout to the final finishing stage, at site related to WASH and Shelters.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly work plan for the activities to be performed at site.
• Water tank installation and design of water supply Schemes.
• Monitoring and supervising Construction / Rehabilitation of Drainage lines.
• Overall project reporting to the program manager.
• Preparing drawings of shelters (confined masonry & frame structures) on AUTOCAD.
• Attending shelter cluster meetings on provincial level.
• Ensuring supply & availability of good quality materials at site and then delivering good quality work.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementation of construction drawings related to shelters (confined and frame masonry structures) accurately at site.
• Preparation of drawings of retaining walls and channels on AUTOCAD.
• Supervision of constructions of various canals structures.
• Supervision and inspections of aqueducts, conduits.
• Inspection of supper passage, canal siphon, falls and escape
• Supervision of construction of retaining walls and different channels.
• Supervision of different types of culverts like pipe culverts, slab culverts etc.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and work plans.
• Correspondence with concerned departments.
• Checking and verifying IPCs (interim payment certificates) , submitted by contractor for the work done executed at site means performing work of quantity surveyor.
• Reporting work to monitoring and evaluation team of concerned client (funding authority).
