• Plan & Implement construction related Water and sanitations activities in the targeted villages.
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day constructions activities in collaboration with the skilled technician.
• Conduct technical assessments; prepare designs and BOQs for constructions facilities.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of construction for the assigned sites.
• Forecast and manage the delivery of the equipments and materials needed on the site in close collaboration with logistic department.
• Monitor and supervise the contractors work including the work plans and quality of work if needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and rules are respected in the field by all workers.
• Represent ACF with different community stakeholders at field level.
• Maintain good communication with beneficiaries and partner organizations on the field
• Perform other work - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
• Participate in additional activities in line with ACF needs, including needs assessments, emergency response, etc

• Manage and Implement the technical activities on foundation and concrete work
• Have a complete understanding regarding Bar bending schedule and BOQ
• Plan construction/ rehabilitation activities according to project objectives time, frames and designs related Designs and Drawings
• Supervise and provide guidance and technical support to other field teams
• Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers and give them useful instructions regarding their work improvement, through coordinating with the relevant skilled staff

• Conducting DRR assessment and damage assessment in the schools
• Collecting other project relevant data from the schools
• Assessing the degree of damage of the schools
• Assessing the need for reconstruction or rehabilitation of the school
• Identifying suitable locations bordering existing schools for potential new school construction
• Assessing the actual condition of all structures built on the school compound
• Assessing infrastructure conditions
• Conducting measures of the school compound and buildings
• Providing recommendations according to the results of the assessments

• Technical review of the assessments of required renovation and repair work in the health facilities of all project districts.
• Analyze and verify the estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor (BOQs) developed by the sub-awardees’ engineers.
• Analysis of sketches/designs/plans of the renovation and repair work developed by the sub-awardees’ engineers or modified by vendors.
• Provide technical advice to sub-awardees’ engineers regarding repair / renovation of health facilities
• Monitoring of the renovation and repair work being done by the contractor/vendor and Inspect renovation sites (health facilities) to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards; and provide technical advice to relevant engineer.
