• Plan and organise OTP at designated distribution sites in liaison with PM/DPM.

• Providing technical support to CNVs (community nutrition volunteers) and arrange capacity building training on CMAM and IYCF basic notion.

• Through liaison with the community Mobilizer and nutrition volunteers, provide effective follow up of all cases: particularly tracing of children who are absent from the programme, sick children, long stay children, children not gaining weight, and children with social problems etc.

• Elicit community involvement in case finding, referral, encouraging attendance and minimize defaulters. Follow-up issues related to low attendance rate and defaulters and the underlying problem and propose appropriate solution
• Support to the Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNVs) during screening (active case finding) and linking up the CNVs with the LHW program.
• Prepare activity plan for the screening exercise in consultation with the CNVs and OTP Supervisors.
• Seek and provide feedback on screening programme implementation schedule and activities plan as appropriate to enhance coverage and maximise impact
• Participate in the selection of the decentralized mass screening sites to ensure access and high coverage
• Organize and facilitate regular community screening sessions for CNVs with the guidance of OTP Supervisors.
• Provide technical support to CNVs on mobilization, active case finding, defaulter tracing and home follow up visits through follow up trainings and on job coaching and supportive supervision.
• Regularly supervise CNVs for patient follow-up to investigate the reasons for absence and ensure the nutritional messages delivered are in adherence with the messages prepared for the program

Assist Migration Health Physician during Health Assessment of Immigrants and refugees
Interview female applicants with possible pregnancy. Perform rapid tests for pregnancy. Register the results.
Make preparations for sputum collection: prepare the list for the laboratory and IOM master list, assign codes and label sputum containers.
Maintain safety procedures at a sputum collection site.

Observe sputum collection; assist the applicants in production of sputum.

Make sure that the samples are transported to the laboratory in a proper manner.
Keep the register of applicants, who had sputum tests.
Liaise with the laboratory, receive results of sputum smears in a timely manner,register the results and alert Migration Health Physician on the arrival of the results.
Accompany the applicants to the radiology and make ensure the identity of the applicants, undergoing X-ray.
Assist with registration, data entry and print out of documents, if so requested.
Collect statistical information in a requested format and submit it to Senior Migration Health Physicians.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Migration Health Physician or Chief of Mission.
