Responsibilities
o Manage staff adjustments and staffing levels in alignment with business requirements.
o Address various issues at CFCs & IOWs by collaborating with Admin and various custodians.
o Handle general inquiries through email or phone and conduct on-site visits to ensure smooth operations.
o Monitor daily locations, promptly address any arising issues, and ensure their resolution.
o Create and grant authorization for SAP ISU IDs, SAP CRM IDs, VPN access,and various operational portals.
o Resolve a range of IT-related issues such as SAP ID problems, VPN troubleshooting, portal glitches, printer installations, system re-hardening needs, password-related concerns, etc., in coordination with the IT support team.
o Analyze and prepare diverse monthly and weekly reports for management.
o Develop and update presentations (PPT) for CFCs & IOWs.
o Facilitate the orientation of new staff members for CFCs/IOWs and provide training to newcomers
o Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors, including Prime Hr, Esquare, and Mushko.
o Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Business Strategy, FMS, IT Help Desk, IT Governance, SAP Basics, and IT Asset Management Team, as required
