I was principal at career guidance public school and college skardu.
Control and monitor all operations including teaching, evaluation of teachers, clerical staff, fees structure, submission of fees of students, salaries of staff, hiring of staff, conducts interviews as and when required, conducts ptm at the end of exams, monitor students progress.
Report all of operations to directors on daily basis.
Give presentation at the end of every month about the progress of college to the director.
