Administer orientation for all new Incentive hires to train them on IRC way
Supporting Human Resources Officer in managing all aspects that relate to Incentive workers in the day to day operations in the department in Maiduguri field office.
Assist in the implementation of Incentive workers policies, procedures and systems.
Ensure compliance with IRC procedures and guidelines.
Keep copies of all Incentive workers contracts, documents and ensure proper filing

1. Perform as an Acting Team Leader, this is extra responsibility given by Project management
2. BCC officer is supposed to design BCC material on specific themes of WASH program and impart training on BCC capture the best practices.
3. Supervise the BCC campaign, integrated health and hygiene session, SBCC package, and formative researches to make plan Pakistan WASH BCC material updated
4. Analysis of the BCC integrated sessions collected data and share with improve the contents and training techniques on basis of inputs from the training
5. Provide technical support to implementing staff as and when needed during field activities
6.Analysis the BCC integrated sessions collected data and share with MER time to time 

Conduct community mobilization activities of the Project under close supervision of the Project Manager. Facilitate Community Resource Persons in triggering CLTS/PATS, developing community action plan, with particular focus on school and community activities with women, men and children; Identify and engage men, women and children in the community to educate and mobilize to achieve the project deliverables at the community level.
Establish contacts with community stakeholders to strengthen capacity of community groups including village organization/community organization, women groups, children Page 3 of 6 WASH clubs in schools and in communities; and support CRPs and LHWs Effectively engage UC secretaries during implementation of project activities as well as for monitoring and ensuring sustainability Provide training assistance to and advise community groups including children WASH clubs, women group, VO/CO and CRPs on project activities;
Ensure maximum participation of children, men and women in sub-committees of different thematic program
Ensure each committee (VO/CO/WASH Club) being formed on the basis of core principles of volunteerism, personal affiliation and association with the community issue/thematic areas, personal commitment and drive to take issues at district level and advocate for rights.
Liaise and work with community groups and project to ensure accountability and best use of project resources;
Conduct regular field visits and report back on monthly basis; Regular reporting on progress to project manager,
Comply with the requirements of Plan International Pakistan Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.
Ensure project targets in terms of ODF in his/her targeted area are achieved and sustained 2- Initial Capacity Building of Committees/CRP:
Conduct training sessions for CRP to develop their capacity to implement community mobilization activities especially on PATS/ C

Operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the District Program Manager;
Mobilizing the community and formation of VOs, VDMCs, UDMCs and Farmer Organizations & orient them about their roles & responsibilities;
Monitor appropriate implementation of program activities in all targeted activities; Actively contribute to community mobilization on FSL and DRR;
Aware and mobilize communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, women, PWDs and elderly;
Create awareness among the communities on FSL and DRR through Broad Based Community Meetings.
Engage VDMCs, UDMCs, & FCs in trainings & also facilitate them in conducting HVCAs for development of Village/UC Disaster Preparedness Plan Ensure that equipment inventories are up to date and that replacement needs are highlighted Support FSL and DRR Team, Civil Engineers in the identification and implementation of Cash for Working and risk reduction measures Support and facilitate VOs during the meetings with local government authorities and during exposure visits to Demo projects;

To Conduct WASH assessment on target area.

To demonstrate the use of WASH Specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e Water purification tablets, water treatment equipments.
To conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in target areas.
To conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities and usage and maintenance with community. Page 4 of 6
To inform local authority and Health Department if there is outbreak in community that requires immediate response.
To Conduct Schedule plan, field report and update to hygiene Establish and Maintain good relation with local participants and communities in the operational fields. Comply with SC Policies and procedures
