Having studied Sociology, I am a professional in the areas of research/studies and project management. Facilitation in project need assessment, baseline & end line evaluations, project implementation, capacity building training have been done most frequently. Along with this, I have experienced working in humanitarian situation during flood in 2011 and drought 2014 in province; Sindh; Pakistan with an international NGO (ACTED) and a local NGO (IRC). I have experience of working in different projects funded by international donors including; DFID/UK aid, USAID, UNICEF, WFP, FAO, ECHO & DIPECHO with sectorial and thematic diversity during emergency relief (floods & drought). Some of these sectors include education & child protection in emergencies, Nutrition, Health, Market mapping, Food Security & Livelihoods & Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

Livelihoods and Food Security Assessment was undertaken from April 22, 2017 to May 08, 2017. The following tasks were carried out during the assessment.

An end line study under Ilm Ideas project (funded by DfID/UKaid) was undertaken from April 15, 2017 to April 21, 2017. The following tasks were carried out during study.
1). Training on assessment tools.
2). Interview with parents and students of both control and treatment groups.
Pre-crisis market mapping analysis study was undertaken from November 29, 2016 to December 11, 2016. The following tasks were carried out.
1). Training on pre-crisis market mapping analysis.
2). Conduct household survey.
3). Conduct key informant interviews with stakeholders including;farmers & landlords etc
4). Conduct FGD with vulnerable group(females etc).
5). Develop seasonal calendars and mapping of wheat and goat market actors.

An anti-polio post campaign monitoring was undertaken from November 21, 2016 to November 28, 2016. The following tasks were carried out.

A Baseline study under Ilm Ideas project (funded by DfID/UKaid) was undertaken from September 23, 2016 to October 09, 2016. The following tasks were carried out during study.
1). Coordination with research supervisor for effective planning and execution of study.

3). Conduct household survey and children learning assessment.
A baseline study on Teenage marriages (Yes I Do) funded by Royal Institute Netherlands from August 25, 2016 to September 07, 2016. The following tasks were carried out during the study.
1). Research tools testing in field.
2). Coordination with research associate and field supervisor for mapping of targeted areas.
3). Quality assurance of study products (filled questionnaires and FGD transcripts etc).
4). Conduct household survey and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
A baseline study of a programme on Enhanced Democratic Accountability and Civic Engagement (EDACE) was undertaken from January 28, 2016 to February 06, 2016. The following tasks were carried out during the study.
