04-years’ experience in the field of development and humanitarian and academia. Key areas of expertise, like, social mobilization, capacity building of Farmers and teaching at college level. In Addition to my experience, I have good Communication, team building, Conflict management and resolution and community engagement, facilitation and presentation skills. I also have immense knowledge in Agriculture entomology including its practical implementation in the field in various districts of Balochistan province.

· To conduct meeting of the local communities and Farmers for smooth implementation of the project activities
· To identify locations for irrigation schemes in different villages
· Monitoring and reporting of the project activities in the project area in district Quetta
· To conduct awareness session for efficient water agriculture in the selected villages in the project area
· To form the monitoring and maintenance committees for the maintenance of the integrated water management in the project area
· To collect the data from local government department for the verification of the water quality in the area for drinking purposes
· To facilitate the farmers and government line department in selection of agriculture and livestock schemes in district Quetta
· Any other task assign by the supervisor
Social Mobilization Officer

Lecturer
· Carry out subject and lectures planning on weekly to deliver the lectures effectively
· Conduct outside the class activities for instance field visits, demo of pest and to see the affect & impact on crops, orchards and vegetables
· Guide the farmers for the treatment of their crops, vegetables and orchards in the field in various districts of Balochistan province
· Conduct practical treatment of biological control of the pest in the field
· Ensure and facilitate the student’s participation in the farmers training in order to get practical knowledge at the field level
· Deliver the lecture on various topics in the class for the BSc (hons)’ students in the agriculture college on daily basis
· Facilitate the college management in day-to-day students’ affairs in the college
