Since May-2021, I have been given an additional charges of Focal Person of AALTP Program & Scholarship Program, till to date I am looking after the all activities related to AALTP program.
Currently 61 AALTP centers are being looking after by me in three districts i.e. Shikarpur, Jacobabad & Kashmore @ Kandhkot.
Coordinates the research activities mainly the data collection process and compile reports as required by Head office.

Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
Complete understanding of the project and its implementation strategy
Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the social organization strategy of the Project
Establishment of the Taluka Liaisons Committees (TLCs) in the targeted Talukas as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Training of TLC members in the Community management skills such as record keeping & Knowledge about their basic rights etc.
Maintenance of the record of the TLC by the TLC members in the desired form.
Regular field visits and conduct the community meetings frequently.
Monitor all the project activities being carried out by the TLC members and reflect them in their daily reports which will be submitted to Monitoring Officer and Project Manager.
Collect data as required by the program as per formats being issued to them from time to time by the management staff.
