o Energy costing whole factory
o Traceability in IRS
o Document Control Quality Assurance & Quality Control
o Data entry of Quality Assurance & Quality Control
o Impart trainings of employees regarding safe work practices.
o Dashboard reporting of QA, QC, HSE & HR
o Finish product inspection report before release
o Shipment monitoring & fumigation Record
o Physical analysis of rice, paddy and husk Records
o Aflatoxin analysis to be done at purchasing of paddy & rice (more than 50KT), during processing and release of finished product (almost 35KT) by Eurofins (ELISA) method Milling recovery of paddy Records.
o Reporting of by-products
o Product complaint handling and root cause analysis
o Conduct product trend analyses with respect to quality and food safety parameters to ensure continuous improvement of the system
