Work Responsibilities:
• Entering beneficiaries; pre-test and post-test training score data; the text and numerical based information to be provided from KPG Project program documents.
• Performing manual calculations and scoring, recording manually by hand, the pre-test and post-test documents that will then be entered into the spread sheet.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, seeking clarification for resolution and/or taking corrective action from the MIS Specialist as necessary for any identified issues with the data.
• Entering accurate, complete data into the provided Excel spread sheet; checking outputs from data entered (as applicable) to ensure resulting data quality.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies regarding the handling of data.
• Printing Scanning the document.
Work Responsibilities:
• Technical Support to the MIS Department.
• Transferring data from paper formats into Excel.
• Creating spreadsheet with large number figure without mistakes.
• Update existing data accordingly.
• Retrieving data from the Excel files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
• Compiling and sorting data.
• Processing LLINS data reviewing data for discrepancy.
• Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
• Returning incomplete documents to the MIS department.
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of
data.
• Securing information by completing Database Backups.
• Maintaining Operations by following policies and procedures.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performing field inspection and follow-up on designated commercial procedures;
• Check meter reading on reports provided by enforcement auditors;
• Performing data entry of meter reading discrepancies;
• Preparing verification reports of meter readings;
• Correct source record for inconsistent readings;
• Performing follow up on meter change and other relevant requests;
• Performing data entry of CP-114 and CP-61 on a monthly basis.
• Auditing of the HHU meter reading
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ASSIGNED BY MANAGERS:
• Audit and verifications against theft cases by checking different documents
• Preparing Arrear Analysis, Recovery Report, Divisional & Sub Divisional Unit Loss Report and make other Reports for the Manger
• Maintaining of correct, complete Weekly Consolidated documents of Revenue Protection Cell and then disseminating them to the concerned units in time.
• Maintaining of Survey, Assessment, Recovery forms in hard Copies. Updating information in a tracker.
• Preparing Dash Boards on weekly basis.
• Collect, sort and distribute correspondence, reports and other material and transmit correspondence, documents etc. via electronic email, or other means.
• Work as Distribution Assistant. (Furniture distribution and Documentation.)
• Work as a Recovery Manager assistant in the absence of Case Management Officers.
• Performing field inspection and follow-up on designated commercial procedures.
• Work as a trainer for support & implementation of Hand Held Unit (HHU) Software in PESCO sub division.
