I'm the Marketing executive for Dollar East Exchange Company, a leading exchange company of Pakistan. In this role I have contributed to digital and traditional advertising, promotions, events, and campaigns. I have assisted Sr. Manager Marketing on integrated campaigns to promote company's services and to enforce company's positioning strategy. Not only did we as a team have fun creating these campaign, but also we found it rewarding to see the results.
Before joining Dollar East Exchange Company, I worked for DWP Technologies as Sales Executive and was lucky enough to work with amazing client Zong to pitch and execute a corporate printing solution for its new head office building in Islamabad.
I'm truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the need and the audience before suggesting ideas. -Contributing to marketing plans, strategies and branding campaigns
- Contributing to the creative side of the campaigns, photo shoots documentaries, TVC productions, website development and online marketing.
- Coordinating with different ad agencies and designers. Liaising with designers, printers, agencies in the execution of different campaigns.
- Coordinating in organizing corporate events like seminars, meetings, inauguration ceremonies, etc.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with electronic and print media; Preparation of various release orders, distribution of different press releases to related media as and when required. Also manage and update database of media contacts.
- Collecting quotations of different items from the vendors and price comparisons.
- Coordination with all branches regarding the display of marketing material.
- Coordination with Market Development Officers and reporting performance as and when required.
- Handling all trivial outdoor activities and outdoor campaign monitoring.
- Close follow up & coordination with vendors, agencies, media, peers, etc. for the successful and timely execution of different activities & campaigns.
