divp• Study the project documents (construction drawings & specifications) in detail, keeping in view Implementation Work Plan, and discuss the quarries with line manager/Program Engineer, if any, to reduce the threats of delayed work progress.
• Maintain the Measurement Book (MB) of work done at site in presence of contractor’s representative on daily basis and should be signed by both representatives.
• Workout the total actual quantities of all as per construction drawings and specifications.
• To ensure the layouts, levels and all activities at site. Either construction works are being done as per drawings and specifications or not.
• To prepare the shop drawings of different activities as per requirement.
• For maintaining the records of all documentation (hard & soft copies) and pictorial progress.
• To be able to get different materials sampling, on different intervals, for testing and quality work assurance.
• To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other progress reports to submit to his supervisor.
• Motivate and morally/ technically support the contractor, communities and his team for managing a perfect material supply chain. And closely follow-up them for arranging materials before planned execution/consumption date/time of that material.
• Analyse and prepare plans for material requisitions.
• Assist to Design all work plans and identify and resolve all construction issues on site.

1. Provide WASH technical advice to CRDO and Partners and to the communities and local
stakeholders with or through the partners.
2. Undertake and provide the necessary support to CRDO for the fulfillment of
the WASH activities of the project in accordance with CRDO agreed standards.
Among others, in the: a) technical design and program of works (detailed engineering
design), b) preparation and compliance with the necessary permits and approvals, c) contract
preparation and procurement of the contractor and/or materials, d) supervise and ensure
quality in the construction, rehabilitations, commissioning and turn-over of the WASH
activities of the project.
3. Maintain records of activity inputs, outputs and outcomes and other monitoring data.
4. Prepare and agree on a monthly work plan indicating all activities.
5. To fulfill the foregoing the consultant will have extensive, extended and frequent travel to
the project sites.

Supervision of lintel, slab, flooring, tile fixing and Boundary walls.

 Assist Area Engineer in designing architectural and structural drawings as well as create bills of quantity, material specifications lists, and other technical documentation relating to infrastructure programming within head office.
 Facilitate activities that assist government authorities to liaise with community leaders, individuals and groups to identify and prioritize community needs.
 Work with government and local authorities, leaders, individuals and groups to identify and implement selected community development projects.
 Identify appropriate mechanisms or vehicles to adapt structures and to tender bids from contractors or local labor.
 Assist Area Engineer to negotiate contracts or agreements with contractors, and assist in administration of grants.
 Supervise projects in coordination with government or local technical personnel and in collaboration with the program technicians and provide regular reporting regarding the status of projects.
 Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
 Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

 Conduct survey and feasibility of the community based physical infrastructure schemes.
 Prepare cost estimates for Shelter and Community Infrastructure on the basis of prevailing market rates analysis of raw materials and or according to the schedule rates of the governments, where applicable.
 Facilitate community and meetings with local community.

 Plan construction/rehabilitation activities according to project objectives time-frames and designs.
 Participate in the elaboration of designs and BOQ when required and implement it with the collaboration of Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA).
 Support Social Mobilization team on technical issues especially during community ISSUES/Problems.
 Ensure Quality of supplied items by suppliers/contractors and inspection.

Carry out (participate) in Technical assessments.
Prepare detailed plans for implementation of surveys.
Provide technical assistance to the Contractor & masons about the project and activities.
Supervise the construction latrines, installation of drinking water facilities, and construction of drains and other minor repair works.
Help and plan construction related activities in the assigned sites.
Preparing of work plan of WASH components as per Targets & Activities.
Supervise and monitor day-to day activities in collaboration with the skilled technician.
Prepare regular reports on the progress of construction for the assigned sites.
Forecast and manage the delivery of the equipments and materials needed on the site in close collaboration with logistic department.
Monitor and supervise the contractors work including the work plans and quality of work if needed.
Ensure safety procedures and rules are respected in the field by all workers.
Represent ACF with different community stakeholders at field level.
Maintain good communication with beneficiaries and partner organizations on the field
Perform other work - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Designing And Implementing Community Physical Infrastructure Schemes like Preparation of water schemes, sewer lines and drains etc.

 Design the lay out according to the need of location.
 Technical assistance to the masons/carpenters according to the design, standards and specifications of the shelter.
 Implement the construction according to the approved design and BOQ.
 Monitor/supervise/guide the field technicians and masons.
 Ensure construction quality standards.
 Plan construction/rehabilitation activities according to project objectives time-frames and designs.

Prepare detailed plans for construction skills training at Kacha Garhi Camp Peshawar.
Coordinate and conduct practical skills training for masons, steel fixers, and carpenters at Camp.
Coordinate and conduct basic skills training and orientation for unskilled house holders.
Supervise the construction of demonstration buildings at UN-Habitat Training Centre Kacha Garhi Camp.
Prepare required plans and a report about Transition Shelter Project for IDP’s which was donated by UNHCR under the technical assistance of UN-Habitat.
Conduct regular site meetings with the IP’S (Pak-CDP, ACTED, Relief International, IDRAK, CMDO, SRSP, Tameere Khalq Foundation) to discuss issues and problems affecting the progress.

 Plan, organize, direct, supervise and control the operations of the construction activities in compliance with prescribed systems, policies and procedures,
 Prepare and coordinate the progress statements, summaries and other cost-benefit analysis and financial management reports for the management.
 Prepare daily reports for the management.
 Coordinate the financial planning and budget process, and analyze and correct estimates.
