Major Responsibilities and Achievements as Sindh Consortium Coordinator:
Overall responsible for effective and efficient implementation of project activities as per the annual action plan approved by the donor
Prevail the regular monitoring of partners' organization in the consortium
Responsible for developing the monthly/ quarterly and annual reports for the donor and CEO of SSEWA-PAK
Ensure strong coordination with district government authorities
Prepare plans and budgets for the project activities
Solve grievances and internal problems that occur within the consortium
Coordinate with the purchasing committee for procurement
Implementation of relief projects, preparing reports, and communication with donors as per need
Followed all SSEWA-PAK policies for the smooth running of project activities

Take the lead in the procurement of goods, works and services for the projects.
Maintain communications with the relevant departments to ensure timely and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods in support of their operations.
