3. Recruitment of new Staff members for UGI along with maintaining and verifying an organized
subject wise filing system for new candidates.
4. Short listing of the new candidates according to the Job Specification and exact requirement
of the Job for the betterment of the organization.
5. Verification of the short listed CVs and making schedules of the interviews for the Shortlisted
candidates from DD-HR.
6. After short listing conducting the interviews of the candidates from DD-HR & also from the Top
Level Management for approval for hiring the perfect person.
7. Preparing, Completing and maintenance of all personal files of all UGI staff.
1. Recruitment of new Staff members along with maintaining and verifying an organized subject wise filing system for new candidates.
2. Checking and maintaining the Web Based HR system, and report generation through the same portfolio.
3. Complete management of the day to day operations of the Human Resource Team and will collaborate, and support the Director Human Resources on all human resource functions, programs, assignments and report generation as deemed necessary.
4. To implementation of new option and instructions in existing HR Software and also in Web based Software.
5. Preparation, updating and implementing current Job Descriptions for All Managerial Staff.
1. Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
2. Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
3. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
4. Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
5. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
6. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
7. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
