I presently serve as a Senior Administrative and Logistic Officer at the Admin Department of Thardeep Micro Finance Foundation (TMF). Over the years, I've engaged in numerous capacity-building training sessions facilitated by diverse organizations, covering a wide array of career paths. My professional journey spans a decade, during which I've contributed to teaching, empowering women, combating gender-based violence, managing administration and logistics, overseeing monitoring processes, handling human resources, and practicing microfinance principles.
To ensure that goods are issued on timely basis
To receive goods from wholesale supplier or retailer
To issue goods to any employee of company on demand
To maintain all sort of documents generated on receiving or issuance of goods
To ensure that management policies are implemented effectively
To provide any sort of document to the higher management on their demand
To carry out any other duties assigned by Manager Administration
Manage front office, receive, attend to and direct visitors
Maintain and update the office filing system for in-coming and out-going mail including accounting record
Process correspondences of documents and reports as required
Purchase, store and issue office supplies and stationery for the facilitation of Company activities.
COMUNCATION WITH VENNDORS
To ensure that access to store room is only permitted to authorized personnel
To maintain all sort of documents generated on receiving or issuance of goods
To ensure that management policies are implemented effectively
To provide any sort of document to the higher management on their demand
Process correspondences of documents and reports, as required.
Purchase, store and issue office supplies and stationery for the facilitation of Company activities.
To support the main thrust of Institutional Capacity Building
To identify training/capacity building resources for a variety of Institutional partners, In-house, in-country, and International
To develop training modules for capacity building and facilitate training programs accordingly
To facilitate preparation of annual plan and budget for the sector
Participatory monitoring and evaluation of ongoing activities
Actively interact with programme operation staff in areas and field level to develop effective programme operation teams
Compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by the job holder supervisor
Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and training for the different stages of TMF staff
To conduct community base awareness sessions and workshops
Any other responsibilities allocated to the job holder

Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
Monitor all program activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the program output.
Recommend further improvement of the logical framework.
Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
Suggest strategies to the program management
Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all program activities to the TRDP-MFP to the Regional/ Senior Manager.
Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the program.
Perform other duties as required.
