Day to day HR operations and HRIS and assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and provide clerical support to all employees. Schedule interviews and HR events. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
HR internee
I was placed in the HR department. Where i worked on the HRIS, employee recruitement process, employee performance management system, employee appraisal.
