As a Program Manager with DEMO, I have led and managed diverse projects focused on empowering women entrepreneurs, driving climate change activism, and facilitating digital skills training. For Karandaaz, I spearheaded the dissemination of information on financial and business services to women entrepreneurs, bridging knowledge gaps and fostering financial success. Working with the British Council, I inspired climate change activism through social media outreach and localized courses. Additionally, I managed Meta\'s #SheMeansBusiness and MetaBoost programs, offering workshops for enterprises and startups. Furthermore, as Manager and Lead for KPITB projects, I empowered thousands with digital skills, leading to substantial employment opportunities.

I established and maintained partnerships with more than 30 organizations. I was also working in close coordination with the British Council national and international team as well as with 600 social and creative entrepreneurs to help them scale up their enterprises. In addition to that, I was overseeing and leading the regional teams in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Gilgit, Swat, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Abbottabad, Hyderabad, Quetta and Multan. I was also responsible for monitoring project plans, schedules, recruiting team members, budgets and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, building partnerships, and ensuring that project timelines are followed. Additionally, establishing and implementing monitoring and evaluation tools, reporting and documenting in each phase of the project.

During my tenure at EVABHN, my primary focus was to foster a culture of accountability within Pakistan's health sector. I played a crucial role in institutionalizing mechanisms that facilitated citizen and state engagement with duty-bearers responsible for service delivery. A significant aspect of my responsibilities involved interpreting and analyzing data using advanced statistical techniques. Additionally, I developed and implemented data collection systems to optimize efficiency and maintain high data quality. Working diligently, I sourced data from primary and secondary sources while overseeing and managing databases for various districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Through my contributions, I actively participated in driving positive change and enhancing healthcare services, ultimately aiming to improve the lives of citizens and strengthen the healthcare infrastructure across the region.

As a Research Associate, I excelled in a diverse range of responsibilities critical to the success of the projects. My expertise extended to meticulously selecting participants for Focus Group Discussions, ensuring valuable insights were garnered from each session. Conducting these discussions with proficiency, I facilitated productive exchanges of ideas and perspectives. Additionally, I played an instrumental role in crafting activity reports, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. My proactive approach extended to developing efficient work plans for various research activities, contributing significantly to the smooth and successful execution of projects. Through my dedicated contributions as a Research Associate, I consistently upheld research excellence and played an integral part in the organization's achievements.

During my internship at Take a Child to School Initiative, a collaboration between the British Council and School of Leadership Foundation, I actively participated in the mission of enrolling out-of-school boys and girls in primary schools across 60 districts in Pakistan with the lowest enrollment and completion rates. Taking on the role of enrolling more than 50 Out of School children in government schools, I was dedicated to ensuring that each child remained in school by closely monitoring their progress and providing necessary support. Additionally, I played a crucial role in updating the online system developed by FAFEN (Free and Fair Election Network) on a periodic basis, enabling seamless tracking and reporting of the children's educational journey. It was a truly rewarding experience to be a part of this initiative, as I witnessed firsthand the positive impact of education on the lives of these marginalized children and the transformative effect it had on the communities we served.
