850 Transportation, Program, supply and deliveries of Goods and services related invoices have been processed and paid through online scan system Prism Applet, near about 50 invoices are under process. Coordinate with vendors to manage logistics vendors’ contracting activities including performance monitoring and measurement.
Review and processing of vendor invoices till payment. Submit invoices with document to finance unit for vendor payment. Conduct vendor check and market surveys to ensure a full knowledge of the availability, quality, and prices of different supplies of goods and services in the local market.
Procured 19000, 12 pagers Booklets and other supplies for emergency field activities and trainings with short deadlines. Successfully organized events/trainings workshops in far reach areas of Sindh and KPK like Shangla top, Basham, Hyderabad Region.

From 1st June 2016 to March 2018.assigned new duty of Logistics Reporting.
Under the new assigned duty, Successfully captured the data of 91100 MT under 6366 waybills of 1200 LTIs in LESS, dispatched to 20 CPs through 10 transporter companies to different destinations of KP from WFP Peshawar warehouse, for GFD, FFW/A, FFE, CMAM activities. Dispatch reports sent to CPs on weekly basis according to dates and destinations so that they can inform field staff in advance for timely submission of waybills. Timely coordinated with CPs focal persons, logistics Operations, Warehouse and billing colleagues regarding dispatches, waybills submission, loss and excess recording in system (LESS) and penalties on transporter companies for late deliveries. PS staff had been guided for handling of waybills capture of food loss or damage reporting on waybills or handling of the documents. Food receipt dates, Loss and excess mentioned by CPs on waybills, had been captured properly into LESS. Updated Reports sent to management, operation and billing colleagues regarding dispatched, receipt and in transit commodities.
Monitored and evaluated all Field operation for project success. Planned, developed and adopted communication strategies for the team. Reports prepared for financial and budgetary estimates for different projects. IEC material has been designed and finalized according to the requirement of the events. It was Field monitoring and communication job with third party contract in In Polio Eradication Initiative Project of UNICEF at District Muzaffar Garh, coordinated supported the Govt. Health Department and WHO and monitored the work Social Organizers in same Project of UNICEF for Polio eradication and Expended Programme for immunization. strengthen Village Health committee to support EPI Programme, Strengthen the coordination of CMs in the community to improve project activities, Developed and implemented activities to a strengthened community-based approach in project. Liaised with various stakeholders including health department, development partners, UN agencies. Created excellent working relations with other partners and local bodies. Covered the hard-to-reach area of the both sides of the river CHANAB, as acknowledgment EDO Health facilitated that during polio campaigns, me with team of social organizers can use the vehicle with fuel on expenses of Health department during field visits to monitor and evaluate not only Polio campaigns but also Expended Programme for Immunization in UC Ganga. 1 refusal of polio drops had been motivated for Programme support, that family was refusal family from near about 10 years. Which was a great success.
