I am currently working as a continuous Improvement Engineer and production Engineer in AJR METAL FABRICATORS LAHORE PVT LTD.
As a Continuous improvement engineer I have worked on several projects that were related to productivity enhancement, layout improvements, I have also worked with NPO(National Productivity Organization) where we collectively as a team worked on how to increase production capacity, how to reduce WIP, and how to work according to the work ergonomics...
I have also developed jigs and fixtures to reduce loading and unloading time that automatically lead to increase in productivity.
Worked on chevron effect and identified the root cause behind cracking of axles of CD70
Improved CP and Cpk of grinding machine.
And as a production Engineer I worked on daily and monthly based planning of the desired material, worker requirements to meet the costumer schedule focused on rejection and rectifications and tried to eliminate the root cause that were playing a major role in the rectifications and rejection of workpiece
