Kishore kumar is a development professional with having diverse work experience of more than a decade in community development.He has done BS in Sociology from University of sindh jamshoro.He has been part of different short and long term project implementation.His major expertise includes organizing communities,events,trainings,developments workshop,exhibitions and training need assessment.
He is worked as Capacity building officer in jamshoro.Previously he has worked in different capacities includes admin progra assistant,Community Mobilizer,Social Organizer,Livelihood Officer at district Mirpurkhas,Tharparkar,Jamshoro.
He is currently working as Programme Officer in Umerkot & Sanghar.
He has excellent ability to communicate to partners and clients,good at team player,easily adapt change,able to work under pressure and manages team responsibly.

Responsibilities:
· Organize community self-help groups and conduct their meetings, awareness sessions and trainings
· Organize stakeholders meetings at provincial and district level with relevant departments
· Liaison with legislators/ parliamentarians and District government officials
· Organize policy advocacy and lobbying meeting with legislators for advocacy and lobbying on Climate change, GBV and DRR in Umerkot and Sanghar.
· Close Coordination with DDMA, faith leaders and district government for the effective implementation of project.
· Carry out social accountability process/ data collection on project related theme.
· Coordination with relevant government departments and civil society organizations
· Coordination with Sindh Climate Action Network (SCAN) members to carry out the advocacy plan, provide technical support and organize monthly and quarterly review meetings
· Mobilize Faith leaders and communities to initiate tree plantation drives in their respective areas
· Follow the work plan and meeting the targets as per plan
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and bi-annual work plans and activity reports
· Organize underrepresented groups and empowered to participate in decision-making in multi-actor platforms that are built to work together for climate action.
· Document of all activities and compiled data for monthly and quarterly reports
· Prepare excel sheets and consolidates Means of Verifications (MOVs) of each & every activity.

Responsibilities:
· Introduce the overall program concept, approach, methodology and SUCCESS Program components to have a long-term vision of the program.
· Supervise and lead the social mobilization teams in performing effective social mobilization at community level and have mastered in business development group
· Planning as per need and capacity, ensure team work, coordinate and support district and sector professionals for the effective implementation of the program activities.
· Prepare and submit progress reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis or as required by the program.
· Represent TRDP at different forums, meetings and workshops.
· Ensure the proper documentation at office and field level. Keeping in view the nature of the EU project requirements SOCB would give this part of his/her role the top priority.
· Deliver capacity building session on CMST, LMST, CAT trainings as per the project guidelines and standard defined procedures set out in Project implementation manual of the project.
· Ensure that the community organization identify beneficiaries as per need and criteria and guide social mobilization teams in preparing CIF and Grants proposals as per community needs and also ensure the proper utilization and record keeping at field level.
· Supervise and monitor the CRPs and book keepers and facilitate communities in identification of right and eligible persons.
· Facilitate communities in identification of infrastructure schemes and resolve community conflicts with support from line/district management.
· Guide communities about the micro health insurance products, its benefits, health facilities and the process.
· Follow the project document in performing program activity at any stage and ensuring the transparency in program implementation. And communicate timely the areas of risk associated with the program implementation.
· Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities.
