Currently working with ACF (Action Against Hunger) international, in the capacity of Field Coordinator Sindh and Baluchistan. Leading the program implementation and operations at Sindh and Baluchistan for all projects of ACF international in thematic areas of Health, Nutrition, Food Security & Livelihoods, WASH, DRR and humanitarian response. In the capacity of field coordinator, I am responsible for program implementation, operational management, coordination and liaison with key stakeholders, government officials, line departments and donor agencies. The key objective of the role is to provide leadership at both provinces on behalf of ACF International. 
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to Country Strategy:
• Implement the country strategy at field level in Sindh in collaboration with the Leads of Technical Department and Program/Project Managers
• Ensure representation of Action Against Hunger and coordinating with all external stakeholders in Sindh
• Provide operational facilitation for the implementation of programs at field level including trouble shooting and adapting global best practices for implementation in the field.
Program Implementation:
• Facilitate in the development of new projects in collaboration with the Leads of the Technical Departments, PD, Field Managers and Program/Project Managers
• Ensure that the project management tools including BFU, DIP, PPP, PFU, HR Plan and Monitoring Plan are updated and used in the most efficient manner.
• Support rapid needs assessments and situational analysis at field level.
• Ensure synergy between Technical and Support services at the field level.
• Ensure Action Against Hunger processes are respected regarding project implementation and all support activities.
• Ensure the implementation of recommendations from Action Against Hunger’s SMT, and recommendations from internal audits, experts’ field visits and so on
Supervise work/Functions at Provincial Level:
• Supervise and manage project leads and support managers at field level.
• Ensure that all programs and departments have adequate planning for their activities and that they match the priorities defined.
• Strong coordination and follow up with partners for the effective and efficient implementation.
• Organize base meetings (both regular and ad-hoc) to share relevant issues, discuss challenges faced and lead in the formulation of solutions.
• Monitor the social climate and working environment at field level and reporting to the Country Director identified social issue cases.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and commitment to the ACF Charter while preventing fraud and abuses of power, and informing the Country Director when cases are identified.
• Update the coordination team on program implementation.
• Proactively refer to the coordination team for any matter that could jeopardize the programs, the funding or the security of staff and premises
Field teams’ management and Well-being of the teams:
• Recruiting his/her team as per the mutually agreed recruitment requirements of the base and projects.
• Ensure field teams proactively express relevant demands for support to the coordination team to maximize protection led and gender informed operational efficiency and impact.
• Pilot the follow-up on technical and support departments’ recommendations
• Monitoring the security environment (networking, collecting and analysis of information etc.)
• Actively participate in access negotiations, including securing stay and delivery objectives with stakeholders when necessary
• Maintain an effective network, with local input, on contextual and security matters, collection and analysis of information to establish the risk and context analysis.
• Brief the SMT on local context and security.
• Ensure the application of security procedures when alerted.
• Manage any security incidents at base level and reporting them to the Country Director.

Purpose of the position is to widen the voice base of the polio eradication initiatives (PEI) through mapping and engaging key partners to support PEI community engagement and identify, map and engage key influencers in key communities across polio endemic areas of south KP beyond just campaigns dates. The key objective of the position is to widen the voice base of the polio eradication initiatives (PEI) at communities in south KP. primarily, the key partners/ influencers will be identified and then they will be engaged through community alliance building in respective districts and UCs of South-KP. This will develop conducive environment for polio eradication efforts at community level while it the same time it will serve as refusal conversion committee. The alliances will further initiate the dialogue with respective refusal clusters and cases. the position holder will be responsible to ensure alliance building at community level with the support of respective districts communication teams. Then according the findings of different engagement at community level, different support will be furnished accordingly. The following are the key responsibilities of the Provincial Manager-PCES South-KP.
• Identify and map potential influencers, including tribal, religious, political and social influencers across pushtune communities in south-KP.
• Map refusal cluster among pushtune population across high risk areas throughout KP and identify the key influencers associated with their area of origin.
• Develop targeted strategies to engage these influencers through coordination with polio teams, DEOCs and PEOC, seeking long term strategic partnership with these influencers that advance the end of polio vision. 
• Develop and implement process for outreach and engagement of key influencers in respective districts to ensure sustainable relationship is developed with polio program. 
• Work with key influencers to identify potential contributions to PEI in term of increasing community trust and reducing refusals. 
• Develop coordination mechanisms and processes for organizing events for the key influencers. 
• Extend support and facilitation to the key influencers in engagement with refusals cluster or community when and where required. 
• Coordinate with district polio team to develop detail plan for liking the influencers with refusals communities. 
• Organize and facilitate the interface meetings of influencers with district administration, RSPs and government respective line departments. 
• Provide support to districts in organizing influencer refusal linkages activities. Visit district and support the entire process of organizing events through coordination of district and UC polio teams. Arrange and manage the conveyance for influencers to the respective location of event. 
• Map the potential other humanitarian or development organization working at provincial level or at respective district level. This will help to use their presence and community structure of mass mobilization during the polio campaigns. 
• Develop agreements MOUs, LOAs with organization and community for the infrastructure activities. 
• ISD model (Integrated Services Delivery Model) implementation must be ensure in the priority areas where the respective services of unmet health need, water and sanitation are required.

For almost four years worked with Islamic Relief Pakistan, initially, in the capacity of Area Program Coordinator-KP and then Area Program Manager-KPK being provincial head of Islamic Relief Pakistan at KPK. Leading the program implementation and operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa i.e. Shangla (UNICEF funded PATS project), Bunir (UNICEF funded PATS project), Dir Upper (UNICEF funded PATS project), Peshawar (Vocal project on advocacy, climate change and WASH), UNDP funded FATA Economic Revitalization Program (FERP), Returnees Inclusive Humanitarian Assistance (RIHA II), Peace Building Initiatives for Development and Empowerment PIDE, Care-H (Health and Education) projects at Khyber & NWA, Unicef funded Education project NWA, ECHO funded Wash Project at Khyber, Orakzai and NWA, Women Led Total Sanitation & Livelihood Project Bannu and Radio Help Project on Education at Khyber and many other projects during the course of time implemented in all regions of KPK with annual budget portfolio was around 7.4 million USD. Apart from the above mentioned projects Seasonal programs i.e. Ramadan Program, Winterization kits distribution and Qurbani Programs were also implemented in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the most vulnerable communities. The following were the main responsibilities of the position as AMP-KP
 Overall responsibility for the management of project implementation in KP and compliance with Islamic Relief’s and respective donors procedures, systems and guidelines.
 Ensured that all the support function i.e. HR, Finance, Supply Chain services and MEAL are providing amicable support the program within policies and procedures of IRP.
 Ensured liaison and coordination with all provincial level key stakeholders with regular participation in meetings and periodically furnish the progress reports. 
 Regular BVAs, Progress review meetings and PMTs meetings to gage the progress of all projects, ensure follow ups and corrective measures are taken in a timely manners. 
 Assuring that projects implementation is in accordance with the project timeline, Scope and budget. While if some modifications, change in activities in accordance to the emerging situation are required, were timely communicated to senior management and donors and detail workout and justifications were produced.

I worked with Save The Children International as Program Coordinator Upper Sindh (Shikarpur & Jacobabad) (from July 17, 2017 to September 30, 2017) responsible for the implementation of Family Planning and Post Abortion Care Project through 10 health facilities of Jacobabad & Shikarpur in strong coordination & liaison with Department of Health, Population Welfare and Integrated Health Services Sindh.
The Key Job Responsibilities:
To ensure that health project is implemented, monitored and reported as per detailed implementation plan and that the emerging needs are identified and addressed;
