Under the direct supervision of the Provincial M&E Officer my role involves.Overseeing and coordinating Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIA) across assigned union councils in the district.Attending morning team deployments ensure timely deployment.Evaluating logistical aspects of the campaign, including vaccine distribution and cold chain management, to ensure sufficient doses are available for scheduled vaccination.Closely observing and assessing Union Council (UC) microplans to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.Monitoring vaccination coverage rates to ensure target populations are reached and vaccinated according to schedule.Monitoring mobile teams conducting household clusters to ensure the effectiveness of the process.Actively participating in UC-level evening meetings with UCMO and Area Incharges to enhance implementation and identify areas for improvement.Providing daily feedback to the Area Coordinator and Provincial M&E Officer.Compiling a comprehensive campaign summary report with detailed information on each aspect assessed along with recommendations for improvement.
