概要

I have done Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Quaid-i-Azam Universty, Islamabad in 2009. Currently I am working as a Manager Compliance at Lahore University of Management Sciences(LUMS)on a USAID funded Project named as Assessment Strengthening Program for Government of Pakistan Civil Society Organizations (ASP-LUMS).Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), which is an internationally acknowledged and top ranked university of Pakistan, is an implementing partner of USAID Project ASP.I am working with ASP-LUMS in the capacity of Manager Compliance and I am responsible to ensure the project activities according to the USAID regulations and the signed co-operative agreement between USAID LUMS. I am involved in project planning, designing and Monitoring Evaluation of the deliverable to ensure adequate documentation in compliance with USAID requirements laid out in Cooperative Agreement. Before ASP-LUMS, I was working as Assistant Program Manager at Greenstar Social Marketing (GSM) Pakistan (affiliated to Population Services International - PSI). There, I assisted USAID funded Project FALAH and represented GSM at Population Council's Office (Islamabad). FALAH Project was for Family Advancement and Birth Spacing in almost 34 districts of Pakistan. I have also worked with GSM on Global Fund Project of TB-Round8. TB-Round 8 project also covered more than 20 districts of Pakistan.nnI have also been very actively affiliated with many National and International NGOs and work to promote Liberalism, Human Rights, and political education in Pakistan. Based on my active participation and involvement, I also represented South-East Asia in a week long International Seminar on Local Government Structure and Civil Society at International Academy of Leadership at Gummersbach, Germany in Nov 2008. Moreover, I have strong leadership, communication and team management skills with a very extrovert and socializing personality which is evident from my academic and professional career.
