• Analyze operations for assigned food and labor costs, recommending the implementation of improvements in service, equipment, food preparation, personnel assignments, and facilities. 
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and District requirements concerning such matters as sanitation, safety, program administration, and nutritional standards. 
• Ensure proper utilization, care, and repair of equipment and follow-up as needed. 
• Report operations problems to the Child Nutrition Services Manager

Major Responsibilities:

Skills and Competencies
Understands and speaks local languages fluently, ability to speak and write English.
Demonstrated experience with community work, community mobilization and engagement, and working with women and girls affected by conflict
Excellent listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, respect and interact with women and girls of all ages, background and diversity
Have a good presentation and a respectful attitude towards beneficiaries, local authorities, community leaders, women, adolescent girls, colleagues, and superiors
Knowledge of other local languages of the community, as well as of the cultures and traditions of the community would be an asset
Ability to keep records and write simple and basic reports of activities would be an added advantage
Ability to discuss sensitive issues with respect and empathy
Understand the survivor centered approach and service referrals
Be flexible; be able to work in a team, sometimes under pressure and often in an unstable security environment
Have a sense of organization and a strong ability to manage time
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word/Excel

Responsibilities 
• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of flood distribution projects and 
community outreach activities in the field.
• Implement a micro plan of community outreach activities in consultation with the team 
leader.
• Identification and selection of beneficiary communities, household, and individuals as per

• Based on her/his knowledge of the area, collect information through questionnaires, 
transect walk, physical observation, and any other information collection techniques.

• Area mapping to identify the distribution sites in consultation with the community members

• Sharing information with the community promptly.
• Work as a team and ensure close coordination with the supervisors.
• Read and ensure a full understanding of cesvi Gender, Child protection, and other 
safeguarding policies.
• Address and solve problems that might arise between the community and CESVI, or among 
community members, during and because of the implementation of the project activities, 
reporting –or handing over, if the case –to the project management the most sensitive and 
serious ones.
• Incorporate participatory principles into the community level to ensure emergency response
activities.
• Mobilize and motivate inclusive participation by villagers/elders and community 
representatives, in all project activities.
• Any other job related added task assigned by the supervisor.
• Keep up the good knowledge of the cesvi programme, code of conduct, and cesvi Pakistan 
international guidelines.
• Timely inform the (HoM) and other colleagues of any issues that might endanger the 
security of people and good related to the project.
• In general, guarantee availability band co-operation to any other Cesvi Satff, at any level.
• Be available for any other task directly related to the activities of cesvi in different 
geographical locations in Pakistan in case of emergency provinces.
